Nathan SINKALA, the Zambian international of TP Mazembe, is loaned to the Swiss club of Grasshoppers Zurich for 6 months. The midfielder 23 years old arrives at the vice-champion of Super League replacing the Congolese Toko NZUZI who left for England to Brighton and Hove Albion.
"We are delighted to welcome SINKALA as the defensive midfielder, which will allow us to replace Toko who went to England," said head coach Michael SKIBBE on the official website of Grasshopper.
With this transfer, SINKALA will start in the Champion’s League preliminary round, the weekend of July 22 to 24 next. He joined the most successful Swiss club with 27 league crowns and 19 win in National Cup.
Before going to Switzerland, the Chipolopolo had just finished - alongside his compatriot Felix SUNZU definitively transferred by Mazembe-loan six months with Sochaux, relegated to Ligue 2 French, who could not keep it.
