AFTER THE DRAW (1-1) AGAINST DON BOSCO

KIMWAKI: « the moral is not weakened »

October 29, 2014

At the end of the match, Mazembe-Don Bosco of Tuesday, October 28 on the occasion of the fourth day of D1, Lamine NDIAYE, Joël KIMWAKI and Patrice CARTERON spoke. Read their comments.

Lamine NDIAYE (Coach of CS Don Bosco): « Promising …»

"Believe me, it was hard. TPM has had many opportunities to kill the first Match in first period. It is too bad for him because he did not score, which left us alive. In the second half we were better, this is what allowed us to equalize following a beautiful action. If we can hang a big team like Mazembe, it gives hope for many good things in the future...

Joël KIMWAKI (TPM Captain): « Let's think of the future...»

“It was a very difficult game as the other games we have delivered this season. By winning only one point on three possible, we don't give up because the competition is still going on. Lupopo is expecting us on Sunday for the derby, and then there will be no room for error. Our goal after this faux pas in front of Don Bosco is to take maximum points in the course of future encounters. After the draw, our morale is not weakened, it's just a disappointment. In football, every game has its reality and all games are not the same, let’s think of the future”

Patrice CARTERON (Coach of TPM): « Still the final action»

“Against Don Bosco, it was not a difficult game. It was on the image of what we need to improve this season, as once again today we cannot have 14 clear occasions and score one goal. The more they miss the more Don Bosco remains in the game thanks to our lack of efficiency... We cannot continue with little offensive efficiency, our opponents have every time one or two occasions, but comes to scoring. That's really where we should correct concerning the game in general it was pretty decent because we happen often to shift an opponent while creating many opportunities but after... in the final act, there is still too clumsiness as against Don Bosco. The goal is to be champion this year; we know that this is difficult because we are going through a period of transition. We worked very hard; we felt that there were some players with a lot of difficulties. We are working to prepare for the season, but the bulk of the work is effective, it will eventually payoffs.”
