Several media were surprised by the long absence of the chairman Moïse KATUMBI in Lubumbashi. There is nothing surprising since we know the supporting activity of the Ravens Chairman and his presence "on grounds." We are now able to reassure all those, very many, who were worried. This through the announcement that the president of TP Mazembe in Benelux has just send us. Here it is:
Dear Mazembe Fans, Dear Friends,
I wanted to send you this message in order to update you on our dear President Moïse.
I had the pleasure of meeting him a few times in London during his convalescence. He is getting better but still very tired.
But do not worry too much, because I can assure you he still has the head on his shoulders and his mind is still as sharp as lightning!
He deeply regrets of not being able to be with you during the Lubumbashi derby and during the final of the CAF in Kinshasa, but it was really impossible for him to be present.
What I have greatly appreciated during our discussion is that he insisted on the fact of loving one another.
He is thinking of you all very much, and to his entire family. He also asked me to send you through this message all its sincere greetings.
God has protected our loved President, now it is all together that we must protect him and his family.
The committee of MAZEMBE from Benelux will go again in the next few days, to take his news.
