TP Mazembe FC MK, late game of the first day of the play-offs fell into the water. After a statutory waiting of 15 minutes at 15.30, time scheduled for the kick-off, game officials, the Ravens and fans in the stands were amazed not to see the Kinshasa team on the pitch Kamalondo.

And it is without hesitation that the finding of the absence of MK was made by the officials. Until the Linafoot decides once in possession of the reports of referees and the match commissioner, TPM is on course to be rewarded with three precious points earned on green carpet. As for MK, upon comments of the RGS, the team will be heavily penalized: next two games (Lubumbashi Sports and SM Sanga Balende) will be lost on green carpet.

Quite before the game, during the meeting of the organizing committee held this Sunday morning at the TPM stadium, the local p has media received the letter of the Linafoot sent to MK FC. The team from Kinshasa had asked for the 2nd time the postponement of TP Mazembe – MK FC match this Sunday, 22/02/2015. A request formally rejected. There was no question to postpone for the second consecutive time this encounter. 

Here is the wording of that correspondence:

We acknowledge receipt of your letter No FCMK/063/2015/MN/WLL of 21 February 2015 concerning your match against TP Mazembe planned for this Sunday, February 22, 2015 in Lubumbashi and of which you request the postponement and thank you.

In response to the latter, we want to remind you the following:

a) On February 06th, 2015, in your letter No. FCMK/059/2015/WLL you have requested for the first time a postponement of the two matches that of 19.2.2015 against TP Mazembe and 24/02/2015 against SM Sanga Balende. In response to this correspondence, the Linafoot shifted the game 1 against TP Mazembe at 22/02/2015 and 24/02/2015 against that of SM Sanga Balende postponed to a later date as indicated in our letter of 11/02/2015 as referred to No. LNF/SN/KLJ/143/2015.

b) In your second letter of 16.02.2015 ref: FCMK/060/2015/MN/WLL seeking a further postponement of the game 1 against TP Mazembe simply because you care for the preparation of the second leg of the Confederation Cup against FC Etoile du Congo 27/02/2015. And you explained to us the in the 2nd paragraph that: "Mr. President, our club has no other reason apart from that mentioned." And reacting to it, the Management Committee said no for the simple reason that this game had already been shifted 3 days it can no longer be the second consecutive time, given the short time given to us for organization of the play-offs.

c) Finally, on February 18th, 2015 in your letter No. FCMK062/2015/KB/WLL other reasons you mention, that the injury of the players and the selection of four athletes in the National Team of U23. Referring to prescribed articles 202 and 204 of the RGS, respectively, on the change of the calendar and the unavailability of players we have opposite you an estoppel by our letter No. LNF/SN/KLJ/146/2015 emailed to you on 20/02/2015 at 16h19 'and of which Willy LITETE the secretary of the club, actually was present at the training session, was informed by telephone.

In conclusion, the Linafoot Management Committee confirms the organization of the match#1 this Sunday, 22/02/2015 at 15:30 at the stadium of TP Mazembe of Lubumbashi and pleads with you, therefore, to take all necessary measures regarding this. We draw, at the same time, your attention on this kind of behaviour observed by you that it denotes an unseemly attitude contrary to sporting ethics.
