MBELU and BOLINGI are back

Leopards of U23 from DRC were defeated (0-1) on Saturday 21/02/2015 to against Hirondelles of Burundi, during the first leg of the playoffs of African Games. Back in Lubumbashi on Monday evening, Robert MBELU Victor - who took part in the match - said the Congolese selection had simply lacked realism. As for Jonathan BOLINGI not eligible for this meeting, his absence might be due to the absence of his passport...

Back to Lubumbashi on Monday, Jonathan BOLINGI and Robert MBELU Victor attended the morning session on Tuesday 24/02/2015 at the Temple of Badianguenas, an entire session devoted to land work. Heavy physically to start the week of the Ravens. On the menu of the day; a second session that afternoon at 15:30.

Both young international players of TPM will quickly focus on their progress within the club in the next terms on the horizon (Linafoot and Champion’s League CAF). Interviewed about the match, Robert MBELU Victor, who started the game against Burundi, did not understand the lack of realism shouting at Congolese forward: « It is difficult to explain the defeat. We, the players who took part in this game have just been unrealistic before the Burundian goal. Especially the forwards, we missed a dozen clear chances, and even a penalty. Nothing is lost, the qualification is still within our grasp, and everything will be played in the second leg»

On his part, Jonathan BOLINGI was not registered on the score sheet. This failure is linked to a passport problem that has not been issued on time while steps have been taken with the whole group.
