The Academicians of KFA have beaten GEXKOL from Kolwezi 6-0 last Friday (20/03/2015) on the occasion of the 3rd day of the preliminaries of Cup of Congo in Katanga. With this overwhelming victory and a draw between Umoja and New soger (0-0), our kids have moved into the semifinals with 5 points ahead of Umoja and New Soger which have the same number of points but are preceded by goal difference.
Wide winners over GEXKOL at Kibassa Stadium last Friday early afternoon, the Academicians have validated their ticket to the semifinals. KFA is leading the Lubumbashi group with 5 points (+5) followed by New Soger 5 points (+2) and Umoja 5 points (+2), GEXKOL has 0 point in its counter. The men of Fish scored three goals in each halftime Fabrice MBAYA scored twice, Zao MATUTALA, Glody LIKONZA, Junior LOMGANGI and Eusebio MBAKI completed the addition during a match under control from start to finish.
Until the Football League of Katanga decides on complaints registered on the sites of Likasi and Kipushi KFA as 1st of Lubumbashi site will face the team that will be chosen as the best loser in all three sites. The date of the two semi-finals will be announced shortly by the organizers.
