After several days of negotiations and discussions between the club management and all members of technical staff of the Ravens, all parties reached an agreement on labor contracts that bind them now. The Management was clear: "We will not offer long-term contracts. All coaches have performance contracts. If the goal of winning the Champion’s League is not met, the concerned will be forced to leave the club. "
The Chairman Moïse KATUMBI listened to the voices of the supporters about the effectiveness that should have the technical staff. To this end, as a responsible leader in the club, he has summoned Zlatko KRMPOTIC to assist Patrice CARTERON to revitalize the technical unit of the Ravens. In this new configuration, Pamphile MIHAYO remains on the bench of the Ravens as a second assistant. Both "lieutenants" of CARTERON will specifically be in charge of the technical aspect.
Two other figures will be responsible for the specific preparation Zakaria ALAOUI El ACHRAF returns to support the preparation of Goalkeepers, Tahar MESSAOUD on his side will be take over physical preparation.
Until the next meeting of the club's management, the Chairman Moïse KATUMBI also promised to appoint soon a technician in charge of a recruiting cell.
