BEST AFRICAN PLAYERS AND BEST ON THE CONTINENT
KIDIABA, GBOHOUO, ASSALE and SAMATTA nominees

Robert KIDIABA, Sylvain GBOHOUO, Roger Claver ASSALE and Mbwana Aly SAMATTA are competing to win the prize for Best African Player (37 nominees) for the great Robert KIDIABA, and the Best Player evolving in Africa (24 nominees) for all four players. Both lists were revealed on Sunday October 11, by CAF.
TP Mazembe is very well represented this season, with four of its stars in this small circle of the best of African football. The great and experienced Robert KIDIABA is named in two categories: African Player of year and Best player playing in Africa. As for GBOHOUO, ASSALE and SAMATTA they simply are among the cracks playing on the continent.
In this shortlist of the best players playing in Africa, TPM lines up 4 players like Orlando Pirates, USM Alger – Future Ravens opponent in the final of the Champion’s League – 3 players (Andarimahitsinoro CAROLUS, Mohamed MEFTAH and Zein Edin FARAHAT) as Zamalek, Esperance Sportive de Tunis 2 players, while Moghreb Tetouan, the Entente Sétif, Etoile Sahel, AC Leopards de Dolisie, Stade Malien, Al Ahly, Al Hilal and El Merreikh line up 1 Player each.
