INCIDENTS IN PREPARING THE CLASSICO
Asante injured, the bus of TPM destroyed!

The draw of TPM in Kinshasa has not been without consequences. Incidents came to spoil the classico after the draw before V. Club. A player of TPM was injured TPM and some of them traumatized, the bus stoned before, during and after the match and it lost almost all of its windows! The match was very agitated on the pitch as well as the stands.
In anticipation of the classico between AS V Club and TPM on Wednesday 27 April in Kinshasa, several regrettable incidents occurred. First around the Martyrs Stadium up on arrival of the bus of Ravens, Solomon ASANTE was hit by the flying glass following the throwing of stones at the Mazembe convoy. The Ghanaian winger spent the entire before match in the infirmary! During the match, clashes occurred between supporters of V. Club and security forces left several people injured, the TPM bus was attacked in the car park and all the windows completely destroyed.
Players, who have not had access to the locker room at halftime, were forced to stay on the playground for two hours after the final whistle. After several clashes between the security service and V.Club supporters in the stands and around the stadium, police finally was on control of the situation and they escorted the Ravens a few miles from their hotel. These clashes were merely the result of a draw. Question: what would have happened if the Ravens had wined?
