Struck by FIFA, Kabuscorp turns on MPUTU

"The Angolan Football Federation, not FIFA, claiming $ 1.5 million from MPUTU"

NO SANCTION AGAINST TRESOR

Struck by FIFA, Kabuscorp turns on MPUTU

May 24, 2016

After FIFA sanction in disfavor of Kabuscorp in his dispute against TPM, the Angolan club has just come to target Trésor MPUTU MABI its former member. While the case is under instruction to FIFA, the Angolan Football Federation has just reacted to the request for qualifications of the player through the ILC requested by the Congolese Football Federation. It requires that MPUTU should pay the same amount of money to Kabuscorp that he owes to TPM and it suspends him from the Girabola until settlement of the amount of money!

IFA has never sanctioned MPUTU

For over a year that Trésor MPUTU MABI has not played a professional match. The midfielder, who would have favor to return the squad of TPM, has indeed not yet been cleared to play by FIFA, which is still busy ruling the dispute with Kabuscorp. Condemned by the same FIFA to pay at TP Mazembe a sum of $ 1.5 million (with an interest of 5% a year if that amount is not paid by October 30, 2015 date of the decision of the single judge of the Commission the status of the player), the Angolan club through its federation refer the matter to FECOFA these days to demand the same amount from Trésor MPUTU MABI!

Kabuscorp wants to charge Trésor

The leaders of the Angolan club still does not intend to leave the midfielder alone after leaving the club in April 2015. The Angolan Football Federation is demanding $ 1.5 million (USD) to Trésor MPUTU MABI for breach of Kabuscorp contract based on its national regulations. This is incorporated in its letter of 4 May addressed to the referenced FECOFA 0080/SG/FAF/16 with information copy to FIFA. The Angolan Federation responds to the request by the FECOFA, dated 19th April 2016 of the International Transfer Certificate of the player concerned. In response to this request, the Angolan Football Federation has informed our Federation that they would blame Trésor MPUTU MABI and federal penalties he incurred.

In conclusion:

- Contrary to what some uninformed media report, IFA has never imposed a monetary fine to Tresor MPUTU MABI;

- The world football organization still busy settling the dispute Trésor MPUTU MABI-Kabuscorp, the Angolan club claiming he still had a year contract;

- The only judgment in this case is the obligation of Kabuscorp to pay a sum of $ 1.5 million (USD) to TPM as unpaid compensation transfer from Lubumbashi to Luanda of the former number 8 of the Ravens.

TPM remains serene in this case, but waits impatiently he is handed his rights by Kabuscorp and hopes the statement that continues to FIFA on the conflict between the player and his former lessor lead quickly. Because usually, FIFA does its possible for a player to exercise his job...
