Ravens welcomed in the city of roses

TPM is installed in the City of Roses, nickname of Blida, 5th Algeria city of its size, where the first leg of the final C2 will be played, this Saturday, October 29, before the MO Béjaïa. Left Lubumbashi early in the afternoon on Wednesday, the MD83 of the club took 9 hours to reach the Algerian capital before the players connect to Blida by car.
« I am very happy to return to Algeria for the final of the African competition… » These are the first words of coach Hubert VELUD to the Algerian press on Wednesday night during the landing of the Ravens in Algiers. The French technician who knows by heart the Algerian football, has always felt a great emotion in all his visits in a country where he managed the feat of winning two consecutive titles of national champion with two different clubs, Entente Setif (2013) and USM Alger (2014)!
Also speaking before a dozen of journalists coming to cover the arrival of the TPM, Christian Koffi KOUAME did not fail to say enough praise for abiding MOB who reached the summit of the competition: "It will be a great challenge for the TPM, accustomed to great continental finals, facing MOB who had no prognosis favors early in the competition. No team is favorite for this final although we came to Blida to show that we have not reached the final by a stroke of fate. We are here to get a good result..." An analysis of the Ivorian international shows that the TPM of Chairman Moïse KATUMBI is in Algeria to repeat the feat of last year in the final of the C1 against USM Alger.
With 89 people, the TPM delegation is composed of all the players registered in the Confederation Cup, the leaders, the support staff and a fifty supporters. Set in a hotel downtown in Blida, Ravens who had scoured in the morning in Lubumbashi, spent a restful night. The first workout on Algerian soil will take place this Thursday evening.
