SECOND WEEK OF PREPARATION
Work intensifies in Kamalondo

Just one month from the quarter-finals of C2, Ravens attacked their second week of preparation on Monday (August 14th) in anticipation of the double confrontation against Sudanese Al Hilal Obeid. Absent during the recovery following a missed flight problem between Bamako and Lubumbashi, Abdoulaye CISSOKO joined the group last weekend.
Under the sun of the dry season of Lubumbashi, Pamphile MIHAYO moved his troops to the top speed. On the menu: intensity, conservation, changes of rhythm and reduced games for the players. With the land work that the staff alternates with play, the Ravens work seriously although they are amputated of seven major elements (Ley MATAMPI, Djos ISSAMA, Arsène Zola, Kevin MONDEKO, Deo KANDA, Miché MIKA and Ben MALANGO) staying in Kinshasa with the Leopards of the DRC for the second leg in front of Congo Brazzaville, of the CHAN qualifiers, Kenya 2018.
The objective this week is to raise the physical level by also combining technical work. From Monday to Wednesday, it will be at the rate of two sessions a day before lowering the intensity with one session per day, from Thursday to Saturday.
