DECISIONS TAKEN BY LINAFOOT AFTER A DERBY
Points for TPM, suspensions and fines for Lupopo!

The Linafoot Managing Committee has commented on the incidents that led to the stopping of the Lubumbashi derby. After review and deliberations, here are the decisions taken late in the night of February 13th.
Proceeding against FC Lupopo:
- Loses the game n°68 forfeit 3-0 in favor of TP Mazembe (see Article 44 point 2 paragraph D of the CDF)
- Loss of the revenue of the game (See Article 44 point 2 paragraph D of the CDF)
- Suspension until full payment of a correctional fine of $ 20,000 (See Amended Article 80 point 2 of CDF)
- Is ordered to repair the material and bodily injury caused (See Article 44 point 2 of CDF), Namely:
a) Breaks at the Kibassa Maliba stadium;
b) The referee communication system;
c) The Iphone 5S brand cellphone of the match commissioner;
d) The repair of the fence of the Sisters of the Bakhita Congregation;
e) The 2nd assistant Mr. NKULU BANZA Stopwatch.
Note: In case of recidivism, FC Saint Eloi Lupopo will be excluded from the competition and relegated to the next lower division (See amended Article 80 point 2 of the CDF).
Against Lupopo Officials:
- Mr KILUMBU Damien, Deputy Sports Secretary, is suspended for one month and sentenced to pay a fine of $ 200;
- Mr Bruno BLA, Senior Coach, is suspended for one month and sentenced to pay a fine of $ 200;
- Mr TENGU Guylain, Medical Doctor of the team, is suspended for one month and sentenced to pay a fine of $ 200 (all for offensive remarks towards officials See Article 49 of the CDF and 277 of the RGS);
- Mr MULONGOY Donat, Sports Secretary, is summoned to appear before the Disciplinary and Competitions Committee following his statements against the officials in the press on 13.02.2018.
Against Lupopo Players:
- MUTUTA MBEDI bib number 10, license 950901001, is suspended for eight games (See article 42 and 37 of the CDF) for physical assault of assistant 1;
- KALENGA KAZADI bib 4, KIALA LASA, TSHIBWABWA YAMBA YAMBA, MUSIELA AKIM and WILANGI BOLIKANGO are suspended for two matches, all for insulting remarks about officials.
