Jackson MULEKA, best rifle in the country

June 5, 2019

After time of presence, number of assist of goals, it is the table of the scorers that we present today in the quantified balance of Ligue 1. And those who followed the course of  TPM know well that a name has emerged over games: that of Jackson MULEKA.

The advanced forward's post is demanding. It is necessary to be clever, cunning, but especially to put "100 times the work on the trade" that is to say never to be discouraged when the success is not at the rendezvous. Jackson MULEKA, product of Ecofoot Moïse KATUMBI, meets the main criteria of the scorer. Closer to Alain KALUYITUKA or Aly SAMATTA than Jonathan BOLINGI by his physique, he has shown, during the last two seasons, a remarkable efficiency. Right foot, left foot, head game, this boy knows how to bring out powder without losing his humility. His 24 goals in League 1 have made him the best rifle in the country while he also has a nice total in the Champions League (5 goals). And his progress is far from being over.

Second in the standings, Ben MALANGO would have achieved a much better performance without a serious injury that made him miss a dozen games of L1. His ratio of 9 goals in 14 fixtures (0.64) is not very far from that of MULEKA (0.83) and in any case much higher than that of Meschak ELIA (0.36) who rubbed shoulders with the second place with 9 goals.

The good surprise comes from the young offensive midfielder Glody LIKONZA with his 6 achievements that allow him to overtake USHINDI in 4th place.

Scorers classification

1- Jackson MULEKA 24 goals,

2- Ben MALANGO and  Meschak ELIA 9  goals,

5- Chico USHINDI 5,
