TPM CAME BACK ON THURSDAY EVENING

After Khartoum, it's time for the derby!

February 25, 2021

TPM returned to Lubumbashi this Thursday evening, February 25.  Ravens have just returned from an unsatisfactory mission in Sudan even though they did not lose.

This Thursday evening, all the players went home to recover, after a large part of the day spent travelling. The night will surely be restorative, and very quickly this Friday they have to get back to work, the local derby is already on Sunday. To this end, training resumes at 9:00 am before the green light at the Futuka CEF.

When asked about the content of the opposition against Al Hilal, here is the analysis made by Isaac KASONGO, assistant Coach after the game: "We got into trouble in the first period by subjected to the opponent's game. Moreover, by playing a direct and long game, facing the strong wind blowing towards our camp and the size of the players of the opposing team, we had no chance to get out of it.

By throwing two technically comfortable players at the ball and trying to get the ball in the second half, which is our strength, we created a few chances. It was a very important match for us, the victory would have been important... Even if we came back with a draw, the disappointment is not total.

When playing against Al Hilal, we knew it would be difficult. This championship continues and we will fight until the end to qualify for the next round. »
