CS Sfaxien for TPM!

The TPM will play the final of the Confederation Cup against the Tunisian club, of Cercle Sportif Sfaxien. The "Bianconero of the Arab world" were qualified on Sunday evening after a brief success over the CA Bizertin 1-0. The First leg in Tunisia (Stadium TBD) the weekend of 22, 23 and 24 November and the second leg in Kamalondo a week later.
Tunisian club of Cercle Sportif Sfaxien has joined the TPM in the final of the 10th CAF Confederation Cup. CSS validated its ticket for the final by winning 1-0 at El Menzah STDE in Tunis on Sunday after a laborious draw (0-0) two weeks earlier in Bizerte. The only Sfax goal was scored by Idrissa KOUYATE in the 43rd minute.
A revenge for Ravens
It will be a third and a fourth confrontations in the history of both clubs. In 2007, CS Sfaxien shared with TPM Group A in quarterfinals of the CAF Confederation Cup. In the first leg in Lubumbashi, the TPM won 2-1 but lost in the second leg 2-0.
At that time, only the first of each group could directly play the final, TPM finished second with 12 points behind Sfax which totaled 13. During the 6th day, after a 2-1 win over the Astres de Douala, the TPM had the ear of another confrontation group that was played in South Africa at the same time between Mamelodi Sundowns and CSS. At the time the meeting ended in Douala successful for the Ravens, South Africans and Tunisians were playing interruption of time and the sampler indicated 1-1, a result that would have qualified the Congolese. At the very end of the match, Sfaxien scored a second goal by Congolese striker Lelo MBELE, TPM was knocked out ... There is indeed a revenge to take....
