The Chairman of the TPM Moïse KATUMBI is pleased to announce the arrival of two Ivorian internationals: Christian Koffi KOUAME (23) and Roger ASSALE CIAVER DJAPONE (21 years). Both have signed this Thursday, November 6, 2014 a 5-year contract.

Christian Koffi KOUAME and Roger ASSALE CIAVER DJAPONE are finalists of the CAF Cup with Séwé Sport of San Pedro. The Champion of Ivory Coast will face Al Ahly on 29 November and 6 December to remove his first continental trophy, after having removed the 2012 winner, the Leopards of Dolisie.

Present in Lubumbashi since the beginning of the week for the complete tests, both players entered into agreement with TPM on Thursday. Both Ivorian internationals will evolve in the "black and white" club during the next 5 years. Once contracts are signed, the two new recruits were formally presented first of all to the media by the vice president Floribert KONZI and then to players before the training session on Thursday afternoon.

Patrice CARTERON took the opportunity to announce further reinforcements "... The arrival of these two players is a beginning that will be followed in a few days by the arrival of other elements. I am convinced that some arrivals will greatly please our fans. To give an impetus to the club and restart very high, it seems important to recruit more high quality players. It will be very interesting to complete enrollment by international Congolese, this is our priority. "

Speaking to the press, the big (1m88) Christian Koffi KOUAME is barely 24 years (21/12/90), who plays as a defensive midfielder, swears by titles: "The TPM is one of the biggest clubs in the continent, and if I came with my bags in Lubumbashi, it’s not by chance. Managers and technical staff they trusted me, I hope to take my pin game and I'm happy to be here. Before returning to Lubumbashi and join my new club, I hope to win the trophy for the CAF Cup, which would be a great gift to Séwé Sport of San Pedro. "

According to his club-mate and the Ivorian national team (he has been selected by Hervé Renard), the twirling and the winger ASSALE CIAVER DJAPONE who will celebrate his 21 next week (11/13/93), the TPM is a good framework to come into bloom in playing football: "Like any player, my ambition is to win titles with this team. The pressure that awaits me in Lubumbashi does not scare me, I'm a professional player.  In Mazembe it will be a good framework to develop myself in playing football. Lubumbashi is a good public; I'll be surrounded by good teammates and good leaders. I believe we’ll do a very good campaign here ...»

Certainly, recruiting these two safe values of the Ivorian football, TPM opened the period of transfer with a bang!
