Pamphile MIHAYO candidate for CAF License A
ABSENT AGAINST CAPS UNITED
MIHAYO in Kinshasa for license A
March 15, 2017
Pamphile MIHAYO will soon pass his last diploma as coach at the highest level in Africa, the License A of the CAF. FROGER's assistant has been staying in Kinshasa since Thursday, March 9th, where he will stay until March 24th, missing the double confrontation for 16th final of the C1 against CAPS United. This training will help "Baba" to acquire the knowledge that will allow him to meet this desire to coach that expresses since his retirement as a player.
To obtain this African license A is the last step in the course of the supervisors under the supervision of the CAF. You do not become a coach as you like, but who has diplomas. This is what FECOFA wants, the goal of our federation through these different training courses under the supervision of technical director, Joseph MUKEBA MULAMBA, is to improve the environment of the Congolese technical staff. That is why, since the beginning of the season, the Federation has decided to take measures in accordance with the rules of the international level.
With the other diploma A that Isaac KASONGO will have (he defends himself brilliantly at CS Don Bosco), the two young ambitious coaches will be able to become "senior coach" of a club competing in CAF competitions or a national team.
The two formers TPM players are expected to assimilate the courses given at FECOFA headquarters in Kinshasa before going to the practical sessions at the KURAKA MPOVA Center, a few kilometers from the Congolese capital.
