Ravens celebrating the appointment of Baba in their own way...
AFTER A PRETTY CAREER AS ASSISTANT
Pamphile MIHAYO confirmed as senior coach
April 18, 2017
Pamphile MIHAYO KAZEMBE Senior coach, David MWAKASU NAWEJ assistant coach and Robert KIDIABA MUTEBA goalkeepers trainer, that's what we note in the communication of the club to the Ravens this Tuesday evening in Kinshasa. Frédéric KITENGIE, along with Vice-president Mohamed KAMWANYA, is the one who announced the news to the players just after the scrubbing session on the grass field of Boboto College.
In the C2, TPM has bounced back and the group is now living well after qualifying in front of JSK. And without waiting for days to pass, the management of the club wanted to clarify the new structuring of the technical staff which will be led by three people: Pamphile MIHAYO, David MWAKASU and Robert KIDIABA.
Everyone trusts Pamphile
The whole TPM family through their president, Chairman Moïse KATUMBI, has always believed in Pamphile MIHAYO to whom this family made a warm place, right after his international retirement in 2012, in the technical staff of the Ravens during in the era of Lamine NDIAYE, Patrice CARTERON, Hubert VELUD and Thierry FROGER. No one at the club could doubt his future. TPM had let "Baba" to grow before offering him, on Tuesday April 18, 2017, the position as senior coach a few days after passing his CAF license A.
The coach lifetime is hazardous but "Baba" has all the cards in his hands, each one recognizes the capacities of a true leader. The young technician (40 years old) knows the TPM, he is totally accepted by all and he knows how much the Chairman Moïse KATUMBI trusts him.
To the new boss of the technical staff to whom we present our warmest congratulations, to take his responsibilities in his new functions
